Thank you for shopping at Queendom! We want to ensure you have a great experience from purchase to delivery.

PROCESSING TIME. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping - Apparel (7-15 days): $5.99 For T-shirts, V-necks, and Long Sleeve Tees

• Standard Shipping - Outerwear (5-7 days): $7.99 For sweatshirts and hoodies

 Standard Shipping - Multiple Items (5-7 days): $9.99 For orders with multiple products

• FREE Standard Shipping (7-15 days): Orders $50 and above

Priority Shipping (3-7 days): $15

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME. Total delivery time is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This includes 1-2 days processing + 3-5 days transit time.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

 SHIPPING DELAYS. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to: High order volume during peak seasons Weather conditions Carrier delays Holidays

 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@queendom.us and we'll work to resolve the issue.

 INCORRECT ADDRESS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Important Notes

  • Orders are fulfilled by our global fulfillment partners (Zendrop, Printify) and ship directly from their warehouses.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
